If a company's interview/hiring process was the only measure of their values, what would their About page look like?
Companies ask candidates to do things and spend time in ways they'd never ask of their team. They'd be embarrassed to treat them that way.
With many friends interviewing recently, I'm p disgusted with patterns I'm seeing. This thread sums up a lot of it.
