This of course came at great emotional and physical cost to the team. It created morale dip and distrust ripples that took years to recover.
In the past I’ve worked for people who would not end disastrous projects or fire abusive clients even after acknowledging how bad it was.
A beautiful and under-credited thing about &yet is leadership knowing when it’s right to quit and making the hard decision to do just that.
